THINK Hauora
THINK Hauora is a primary health organisation (PHO) committed to strengthening the wellbeing of communities across the Manawatū, Horowhenua, Ōtaki, and Tararua regions. We work closely with general practices, community providers, iwi, hapū, and whānau to ensure people can access quality, culturally responsive, and equitable healthcare.
Our mahi spans a wide range of services, including population health initiatives, long-term condition management, mental health and wellbeing support, employment support, and programmes designed to remove barriers to care. By partnering with local health and social agencies, we focus on delivering integrated solutions that improve health outcomes and empower individuals to lead healthier lives.
At THINK Hauora, we are driven by a vision of Connecting Communities for Wellbeing. We continue to innovate, collaborate, and advocate for systems that place whanaū at the centre to ensure everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
